SnapSmith Photography (“SnapSmith,” “we,” “our”) is a boutique photography studio based in Ohatchee, Alabama. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We only collect information you provide directly to us through the contact form on this site. That may include:
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising networks, or analytics tools that identify you individually. We do not collect payment information through this site.

Form submissions are processed through a Cloudflare Pages Function and written to a secure, access-controlled CRM managed by our web services partner, NetSculpt LLC. Only SnapSmith and NetSculpt staff have access to this data. NetSculpt operates under a data processing agreement that prohibits use of client data for any purpose other than delivering services.
We retain inquiry records for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from automated bots. Turnstile may collect minimal, non-identifying signals (such as browser characteristics) to perform this check. No personal data is retained by Cloudflare for this purpose. You can read more in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log the font request (your IP address and the font requested) as part of normal CDN operation. We do not control Google’s data practices. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
No other third-party scripts, trackers, or SDKs are loaded on this site.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you’ve submitted to us at any time. To do so, contact us at snapsmithco@gmail.com or (256) 499-2624. We will respond within 10 business days.
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
